Colombia Government Scholarship 2025-26 – Fully Funded for International Students
The Government of Colombia has announced a fully funded scholarship opportunity for international students under the ICETEX program for the academic year 2025-26. This scholarship is available for students wishing to pursue Specialization, Master’s, or PhD degrees in Colombia. Applicants from all countries (except Colombia) are eligible to apply.

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must not be a Colombian citizen
- Must hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree
- Must not be older than 50 years
- Should not be married to a Colombian citizen
- No IELTS required for admission
